Advanced Jumping Camp is held three days per week (Mon, Tue, Fri) this camp is designed as a “step up” from Short Stirrup Camp.

Riders in Advanced Jumping Camp will be practicing more advanced techniques of riding as well as more complex obstacles and combinations of jumps.
Under supervision, Advanced Jumping Campers will also practice advanced aspects of horse care and grooming, such as bathing and clipping for the show ring.


Advanced Jumping Campers are encouraged to participate in shows on Wednesdays during camp weeks, and to work toward a goal of showing at the Hampton Classic. Those who participate in at least three shows during the summer will have the opportunity to participate in the Hampton Classic.

Please note 2009 camp applications will be avalible in January 09.

Req'd equipment : Paddock Boots, ASTM Approved Helmet, Long Pants (Breeches preferred), Tall boots or half chaps, Jumping Bat and Gloves

Experience req'd: W/T/C, jumping small lines, Horse Show Experience

Schedule: Mon, Tues, Fri (9am-noon)

Session Two: July 28-August 29 2008 - $2250.00*

*students using school horse add 35%
*students using half lease horse add 25%

This camp may be combined with Short Stirup Camp depending on the number of students signed up.

Students who wish to participate in more then 3 shows, will need to lease or buy a pony or horse.
